EISENMANN ENTERPRISES / EMPRESAS EISENMANN, S.A.EISENMANN ENTERPRISES was established the year of the independence of the Republic of Panama, 1904.� The Board of Directors is formed by members of the third and fourth generation of the Eisenmann Family:

The Group is a modern, progressive, successful organization of the highest integrity, and has been a pioneer in the development of professional management in Panama.�

I. Roberto Eisenmann, Jr. was an active member of the World President’s Organization (WPO) and Chief Executives Organization (CEO).� He is a founder of “LA PRENSA”, Panama’s largest independent daily newspaper.� He was a Neiman Fellow at Harvard University and a Journalist in Residence at American University in Washington, D.C. was honored by Columbia University with a Maria Moors Cabot Citation, and chairs the Transparency International Panama Chapter.� He has held the presidency of the most influential Panamanian and hemispheric private sector organizations which include the Council of Private Enterprise of Panama (CONEP), Chamber of Commerce and Industries of Panama, and the Chamber of Commerce of the Americas.�

The Group has two Operational Divisions:� one in the high end retail area under the name “Dante”, and the other in the recreational real estate development sector, under the name “Coronado”.�� Both operations are world-class and number one in their respective fields.�

In addition, the Group participated in the founding of Banco Continental, today’s largest commercial banking group, Grupo ASSA, Panama’s largest insurance group and Mi Banco, Panama’s premier micro finance bank.� �
