Why do yoga?

The short answer is that yoga makes you feel better. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, shape up -- all at the same time.

For many people, that's enough of an answer. But there's more if you're interested.

Yoga gives us control of ourselves, Yoga is union with self. Yoga is about being in the world.

at the El Litoral B & B in Coronado.

$8.00 per class if prepaid per month.

$10.00 per class for a drop in.

*Minimum of 4 students per classes.

•The classes can be displaced and are NOT refundable. •The only time when a session could be redeemed, is only on presentation of a medical bill.
