La Casita de Don Daniel is a new concept in El Valle. We are much like a community center but we offer so much more.

Social Work :

Our main objective is social work. We are helping to educate the local children in the arts by providing classes in singing, flute and percussion. We also offer painting classes, poetry and dance. We have a Craftsman's Corner where our craftsmen exhibit their works. We also present matinees for all ages as well as sharing talks aimed at highlighting moral and social values. Or perhaps you would like to meet some friends for a game of billiards or a board game?

Camping:

La Casita can accommodate visitors on our Windy City camping area. We provide the tents and air mattresses for a nominal fee as well as offer washrooms and showers and a small food preparation area.

Restaurant:

You are free to enjoy the comforts of the Casita de Don Daniel by eating in our restaurant or just simply having a coffee in our social area where impromptu jam sessions occur on a regular basis. Our restaurant offers a variety of foods such as shrimp cocktail, buffalo wings, nachos, chicken and fish to name a few. Join us for a glass of wine or a beer and sit by the river as it lulls you into a sense of peace or enjoy many of our staff as they jam in the music area.

La Casita de Don Daniel is open to everyone. It is a place to meet old friends and new, to enjoy the beauty of El Valle and to create some great memories.

To visit us:

We are located on Calle de La Piedra Pintada. Come all the way into El Valle, past the big white church on the left hand side of the main road. Stay to your right and cross the first bridge. At Calle Los Mangles turn left and go over a tiny yellow bridge. At the next intersection hang a right and cross over the third bridge. We are just a little past the bridge on the left hand side of the road.
